Churrasco = Brazilian BBQ
Jan 8 = My birthday
Put'em together and you have lots of meat, lots of beer, and lots of happy Brazilians.

Lookin' down on the churrasco.
Awesome, fresh-cooked churrasco food. We had sausage (which was awesome even though I=Jew and hate sausage), chicken legs, pork ribs, beef ribs, picanha (beef from the back of the cow), and a few other things. It was awesome.
I tried three different Brazilian beers in about 45 minutes: Skol, Antarctica, and Brahma. I went back for another Skol.
My homemade birthday cake. I turned 22 on Jan. 8th.
A few cars that we don't have in America. There are a whole lot more than this that we don't have in the USA.
Cachaça, the national drink of Brasil. It's fermented out of sugar-cane juice and it about 85 proof (42.5% alc/vol). It's very strong. I won't post the pics of me taking shots of this stuff.

All of us students at Centro de Lìnguas, where we're taking our Portuguese classes.
